Cancellation Policy
Online Booking:
* A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. An active card must be on file to secure your reservation.
Late Policy:
* Scheduled appointments include a 5-minute grace period. After 6 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are not in the suite at 10 minutes and I am unable to accommodate your booked services, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation:
* If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance through your confirmation link or by emailing ariebeautystudio@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a 25% fee.
No Show Policy:
* If you miss your appointment without giving prior notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the card we have on file. Additionally, future appointments will not be allowed until the no-show fee is fully paid.
